On October 3, 2022 local time, the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the United States issued a notice stating that a 337 final ruling was made against specific polycrystalline diamond composite discs and their downstream products (Investigation Code: 337-TA-1236), stating that the plaintiff's US synthetic patent was invalid and terminating the 337 investigation.

Our company's products do not involve patent rights of American Synthetic Company and do not violate the provisions of Article 337 of the 1930 Tariff Act. The requests for limited exclusion and prohibition orders filed by American Synthetic Company have not been approved by ITC.
